When you consider the number of lives you touch throughout your day, your week, in your lifetime, those people, that energy is much like a shadow cast as the light surrounds you. This is not speaking of the manner in which you touch other people but that you do affect them and this is your shadow. Aids cast a very large shadow because it does not just affect the person who contracts it. It affects that person’s sexual partner, both of their families and friends, the children of Aids infected mothers, the communities in which these people reside, and it has affected countries of people without regard. Aids casts a very large shadow over this world and without education and the help of the medical communities research to help minimize and eventually eradicate this insidious disease, that shadow will continue to get larger.
We need everyone’s light to darken this shadow.
